The Production Gap: Why Your AI Agent Needs a Micromanager
I’ve spent the last few years living in the full stack of data and AI. I’ve seen the high-level boardroom promises, the frantic mid-level procurement cycles, and the gritty, late-night engineering sessions. But lately, clients all seem to be singing a similar tune:
